1. Scope of Policy

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of orders made through Vedicron.store, an online platform operated by Vedicron Technologies for the sale of digitally delivered software licenses and activation products.

This Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. By placing an order, you ("User", "Customer", or "Buyer") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the provisions of this Policy.

2. Nature of Products and Sales Finality

All products sold through Vedicron.store are intangible, digitally-delivered software products. These may include but are not limited to:

License keys

Activation codes

Download links

Access credentials

Owing to the nature of these digital goods, all sales are final, irrevocable, and non-cancellable once an order has been confirmed and processed.

3. No Right to Cancellation

In accordance with applicable consumer protection and digital commerce laws, the Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

No order cancellation requests shall be entertained after the digital product has been delivered via email.

Delivery is considered complete upon transmission of the product to the registered email address provided at the time of checkout.

Once a digital product is issued, it is deemed consumed and non-recoverable, making it ineligible for cancellation or reversal.

4. No Return or Exchange Obligations

Vedicron Technologies shall not be held liable to accept returns, provide exchanges, or facilitate order modifications once the license or digital product is dispatched.

⚠️ Important: Software keys and digital licenses cannot be revoked, reused, or deactivated once issued. As such, cancellations or returns are not technically feasible.

5. Non-Refundable Transactions

Consistent with our Refund Policy, Vedicron Technologies will not issue any refunds, full or partial, for:

Customer error in software selection;

Incompatibility with user’s system;

Change of mind or accidental purchase;

Failure to review system requirements prior to purchase.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Reviewing product details and compatibility;

Ensuring the accuracy of the email address submitted at checkout;

Understanding that once a license is delivered, it becomes permanently associated with their identity or system.
