3. Mode of Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery is considered complete once the digital product (license key, activation details, or download link) has been dispatched to the registered email address.

The delivery shall be deemed executed and final upon transmission of said email, regardless of whether the customer has accessed or downloaded the content.

 

4. Delivery Timeline

In standard cases, delivery is automated and immediate, typically occurring within 5 to 30 minutes of successful order confirmation and payment verification.

In certain cases, such as during peak hours, manual review, or third-party delays, delivery may take up to 2 (two) business hours.

Orders placed outside regular business hours may experience longer processing times.

The customer is advised to check their Spam/Junk/Promotions folders if the product is not found in the primary inbox.

 

5. Non-Receipt of Product

If a customer fails to receive the digital product within the maximum stipulated timeframe (2 business hours):

Alternatively, the customer may raise a support ticket through our online helpdesk or support page.

Our support team will investigate the matter and reissue the digital content if deemed appropriate.

 

6. No Physical Shipment

As all products are delivered digitally, the following shall apply:

No physical shipment or courier service is involved.

No shipping fees or logistic costs are applicable.

Any reference to "shipping" in payment gateways or billing systems is construed as "digital delivery."

 

7. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Nature

Pursuant to our Refund Policy, all digital product sales are final, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and not eligible for return, unless otherwise expressly required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the license key or activation product, once issued, becomes non-revocable and irrevocable, and that Vedicron Technologies has fulfilled its delivery obligation.

You also agree to ensure system compatibility and software prerequisites before completing a transaction.

 

8. Customer Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

Provide a valid and accurate email address during checkout;

Ensure proper email configuration and access;

Confirm system requirements for the purchased software;

Retain a copy of the email or confirmation for future reference.

 

We shall not be held liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or invalid email addresses submitted by the customer.
