1. Overview

Vedicron Technologies, operating through Vedicron.store, is committed to delivering 100% genuine and license-based digital software products directly via email. As our products are digitally delivered, intangible assets, we maintain a strict no-return policy in accordance with applicable digital commerce standards and consumer protection laws.

By placing an order with us, you ("User", "Customer", or "Buyer") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.

 

2. Nature of Products

The products we sell include but are not limited to:

1. Digital license keys

2. Activation codes

2. Software access credentials

4. Downloadable digital tools

5. These items are classified as non-physical, non-returnable, and non-rescindable once delivered.

 

3. No Returns Accepted

Vedicron Technologies does not accept returns of any kind under the following circumstances:

1. The product has been delivered via email.

2. The license key or digital code has been activated.

3. The wrong product was purchased by the customer.

4. The software is incompatible with the customer’s device.

5. The customer no longer needs or wants the product ("change of mind").

Due to the instant nature of delivery and non-revocability of software licenses, the act of delivery constitutes completion of sale, and no return can be processed thereafter.

 

4. Delivery Confirmation

For the purpose of this policy, a product is considered successfully delivered when:

1. A confirmation email containing the digital license key or activation code is sent to the customer’s registered email address;

2. The customer has accessed the license, downloaded the digital file, or activated the software.

Upon successful delivery, the license becomes permanently associated with the customer and cannot be returned, revoked, or reused.

 

5. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, it is the customer’s duty to:

1. Review software specifications and system requirements;

2. Verify product selection;

3. Ensure a correct and active email address is used for the transaction.

Vedicron Technologies shall not be held liable for errors in customer input or negligence regarding compatibility and system checks.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by applicable digital goods and e-commerce laws in the Republic of India. By completing a purchase, the customer waives any right to claim refund or return outside the exceptions mentioned herein.
